We had a wonderful stay at Residence Bilkova! The location was perfect, just a short stroll from all the main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and allowed for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring Prague. The staff was polite and helpful, offering us an alternative apartment when we were not satisfied with the first one. I highly recommend Residence Bilkova for a fantastic stay in Prague.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the city.

The wifi connection was quite poor and didn't work on my laptop and tablet. , the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were thin.

We had a really lovely holiday at this apartment. The place was comfy, and we liked having the city centre within 5 minutes on foot. There were a bakery and convenience stores a few steps away.

The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the main square. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, leaving a birthday card, cakes, and wine for my partner. The service leading up to our stay was great, with staff helping us arrange taxis and special arrangements for my partner's birthday.

There were a few issues during our stay. there was a lack of communication about a 100 euro deposit that was required upon check-in.

I stayed at Residence Bilkova for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the apartment was clean and spacious. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town Square and other major attractions. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, including a full kitchen and washing machine. The heating was excellent throughout the entire apartment. The exceptional service from the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The water drainage in the shower could have been better, as the water tended to accumulate in the bath. the second floor where the bed was located was quite small and lacked railings, which could be potentially dangerous, especially if you were tired or not careful.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. It had all the facilities you could need, including a fridge and microwave. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the major attractions.

The shower leaked and we had to report it to the staff. , there were no English channels on the TV, which was a disappointment.
